  1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

We accept Exchange requests under the following circumstance:

Damaged Items: If you receive incorrect or damaged items in your order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Condition: You must have a 360 degree video recording of the damaged product

  1. Exchange Process:

To request an Exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email at ggsbeyondorganic@icloud.com or through our Contact Us page. Please provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.

Review: Our team will review your request and may require additional information or photos to process your request promptly.

Exchange Approval: Once your request is approved, we will initiate the Exchange process. The product will be picked from your address & a new product will be delivered to the same address.

  1. Exchange Timeline:

Exchanges may take up to 7 working days to process from the date of approval.
